Each unique product (SKU) must be imported into our system, barcoded and stock managed and checked. This plan supports up to 100.

Same-Day Handling
We aim to process and despatch all orders placed via one of your integrated stores/marketplaces before 4PM on the same day.

Any issues? Have an urgent tracking query? A parcel dispute? Our team are accessible via our ticketing system and email and will respond as a priority.

Larger quantities of stock may not fit shelves/bays so pallet storage (1 square meter) is required. This is chargeable (monthly fee per pallet) but 1x pallet storage is included in this plan.

Products must be sorted into bins/bays on shelves for picking and access. These are chargeable (monthly fee) but 3x shelves (18 pick bins) are included in this plan.

Gift-wrapping & inserts
If you have custom packaging requirements, want to offer your customers gift-wrapping or would like us to include flyers, notes or promotional materials, this plan supports this! Ask our team for more details.

Priority Handling
We aim to process and despatch all orders placed via one of your integrated stores/marketplaces before 4PM on the same day. With this plan your orders are handled as a priority, jumping the queue in the warehouse when those customers are on lower plans.
